
I hate having my picture taken, I hate it even more when I'm purposely trying to show how fat I am. It's just gross but I really think this will have me think twice about devouring all those hamburgers and chocolate that I love so much. I'm posting on my side bar some of the tips and tricks that worked for me last time, I hope they can help any of you as much as they helped me!

This picture makes me miss you because you never ever post pictures of you anywhere, so I gotta take what I can get. I love that we both posted a picture of us squeezed into our favorite size 8's. haha, can't wait till they both fit....before valentines day! My goal is to be at 155 at least by valentines so I can buy something hot before I'm too old to buy something hot for valentines day. (that's just around the corner...or did I already go around that corner? so sad)
Oh and that eating after 7 (or 6 for us early to bedders) is the #1 thing that works for me. I've gotta start doing it again! It's the hardest for me. I can down water all day and workout all week, but to stop eating t 6 or 6:30 is where we have it now since we're up to 10 or 11 now, it's sooo stinkin hard!
