finally


Well, I have decided if I'm ever going to lose any weight, i better actually work out. It's been a month and it is amazing how fast my body can go from being somewhat fit to flab so fast! Not that I was that fit, but I only did 20 minutes of turbo jam today (on the low impact) and wanted to die at the end. So my goal for this week is to do the 20 minute turbo jam 5 times. Only 4 more to go. I would really like to be at my goal weight of 130 by the end of this contest, 8 more lbs to do. I hope I can do it!

Muffin man, you can have your muffin back



So, after taking a good look in the mirror, I have realized losing weight is great and all, but the muffin top kills. I think every ounce of muscle i gained in that 8 week time period is gone or else those 2 extra pounds are all hanging out my pants. It's time to hit the gym especially since they have been pulling money out of my pocket for just knowing my name. shame. So my new goal is to get rid of the muffin top!!

New Year


These happy little guys were the downfall to my Christmas. I held nothing back these past 2 weeks, NOTHING! I think I'm up about 3 lbs from where I left off but hey, there are still 2 days left before Monday. I'm really hoping to keep my motivation, I did really well last contest, 15 lbs. I have another 10... well, now about 12 I want to lose so I hope I can keep with it. I have really enjoyed losing the weight and I just feel so much better about myself being smaller. Can I get to a size 6? Maybe. I think what I would like most is to just tone my body a bit more, get rid of the constant muffin top and be able to see my knees again. So Happy New Year and here's hoping for some more weight off!!
