
Well, I have decided if I'm ever going to lose any weight, i better actually work out. It's been a month and it is amazing how fast my body can go from being somewhat fit to flab so fast! Not that I was that fit, but I only did 20 minutes of turbo jam today (on the low impact) and wanted to die at the end. So my goal for this week is to do the 20 minute turbo jam 5 times. Only 4 more to go. I would really like to be at my goal weight of 130 by the end of this contest, 8 more lbs to do. I hope I can do it!

130? I wish I had potential to be 130 w/o passing out everyday from lack of calories. haha. You're doing awesome! Seriously. Um, so I did P90X today and only made it through 30 minutes and about died. It killed me...but it got me to 169...I was 170 before I did it. haha. I'm sooo bored of Turbo Jam. I hAVE GOT TO order Zumba this week. Maybe tomarrow. I've been doing all of my other workouts, denise austins fat burning metabolism workout is good, it made me the most sore the next day, hip hop abs is my most fun, but not too hard. I need more videos! Netflix.
Alright, good job, and you'll for sure be at 130 by the end of the challenge..me being at 150 by the end though...haha, doubt it.
